Otaku Lamps is home of the ORIGINAL, officially licensed anime LED lamps and lighting products!

Starting as a small online shop in 2020, Otaku Lamps began as a husband-and-wife duo out of our apartment in Los Angeles. After working in corporate America for many years, we decided to combine our powers to work on something together. This was a tough decision as we wanted to create something that we would be proud of and impassioned to work on every day, but it had to be something that hit home for us. As self-identified Otakus (and major nerds in general), it was only natural for us to start a business around something that made our days a little better growing up, as anime still continues to inspire us to this day.

Having popularized the term “otaku lamps,” we received massive feedback on TikTok, Instagram, and all over little pockets of the Internet. While we never expected to grow as much as we did, day after day support for us increased exponentially through our consistent content, fun community engagement, and of course, those witty captions. By the end of 2020, all of our hard work and dedication paid off when we started working with renowned anime streaming platform, Crunchyroll! In April 2021, we partnered with Avex Studios (Kakegurui). In June 2021 we partnered with Funimation to bring a bunch of hot new anime titles, and in September 2021 we began working with LINE FRIENDS to create BT21 products. To this day, we are constantly working behind the scenes with the hottest animation, pop culture, and gaming studios to make iconic merchandise that fans crave. Without saying too much...we have A LOT on the way for y’all!
